Kitchen: Large modern fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and utensils.

Built in a privately owned estate over 8000 square meters surrounded by olive trees and perched on top of a hill overlooking the sea and the messinian gulf. Each of the villas is traditionally built with local beige stone, to be in complete harmony with the beautiful Mani landscape.
Melia I at night will provide a peaceful, romantic and relaxing experience complemented by the fabulous ambient lighting surrounding the estate.
At the patio soak up the sun next to the large infinity pool. You have all that you need from an outdoor dining table, sun beds, umbrellas, to an outdoor shower area to live in a state of comfort and convenience.
Cleaning and linen change are offered once a week.

The Villa Melia I is located in, Stoupa area Neochori on the east coast of the Messinian Gulf , surrounded by the rising slopes of mythical Mount Taygetos, overlooking and 5 min drive to the beautiful villages of Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos, and Kardamyli.
There are numerous Sandy beaches such as Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos, Padazi, Kalogria and Kalamitsi beaches.
