An interior staircase leads to the villa’s bottom level, that hosts 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; 1 with queen size and 2 with two single beds mattresses (which can be connected into a king size bed), all with access to the garden and sea-view veranda. The same level features a linen room, a storage room and a washing machine/dryer room.
The lower level presents a bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the semi underground bedroom is a master with a king size bed; both of them
boast amazing garden and sea views, private entrances and kitchenettes. A fine example of architectural ingenuity, the semi underground master bedroom, features a secluded patio with outdoor furniture that is protected in complete privacy.
