Villa Morgane is an exploration of design, where simplicity enhances authenticity, and where the true focus lies on its inhabitants and their sense of calm and elegant ease. Integrated entirely into the mountain overlooking Kalo Livadi Beach in Mykonos, Greece, Villa Morgane offers a unique experience with eight bedrooms, two infinity pools, two hot tubs and two mini spas placed on three separate, private levels.
Ideally located in one of Mykonos Island's most in-demand locations, Kalo Livadi, the property not only boasts breath-taking views, but gives its visitors the space to relax, heal and enjoy. The villa provides total privacy and seclusion, organically integrated within its surroundings. Its unique features create the perfect atmosphere for peaceful vacations, private parties and so much more.
This multi-level structure, located a quick 15-minute car-ride from Mykonos town, was carefully designed with one key driving force in mind, elevating the human experience through two major pylons, activation & rejuvenation. Activations are simply-it, high energy situations like dancing, congregating, sharing & exploring. The rejuvenation side, for which our architecture plays a crucial role, focuses on relaxation, wellness, healing & catharsis.
Combining all of the above features with Cycladic vibes, while overlooking Kalo Livadi bay gives you a chance to live the Mykonean sunrise/sunset over the Aegean blue sea, elevating your stay.
This 500 sq.m villa is consisted of the main level with a master bedroom with its own private pool & jacuzzi, 2 more bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a little office space, a spacious lounge â dining area, main kitchen as well as the staff kitchen tucked discretely, while the outdoor spaces include a remarkably large infinity pool, accompanied by a built-in 10 person jacuzzi, a lounge area, built-in sushi lounge, dining area where the availability for cinema set up  is provided and the âEye Barâ, designed for little parties, BBQs or just enjoying your cocktail overlooking the bay.
Underneath main level, is the common spaces which include the spa area, fully equipped gym, playroom & âSecret Worldâ a place equipped with top level acoustic equipment, designated for gatherings in privacy such as presentations, performances, parties etc.
Above the main level, is level Bâ, with 3 more bedrooms with walk-in bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, an infinity pool, jacuzzi and a BBQ area of its own.
Lastly, but not least, on the top level there are two autonomous suites, suite Câ and suite Dâ, with suite Dâ being the master suite with its own spacious living room and conference room availability.
A parking area of up to 6 vehicles is provided on top of the whole structure, while there is a built-in elevator taking you from parking area to main level.

Rejuvenation being one of the driving forces in the process of creating Villa Morgane, wellness was truly placed at the heart of this villa. The beautiful steam rooms, mini spas, infinity pools and hot tubs allow for the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Enjoy Cycladic sunsets from one the veranda hammocks, or the sunken lounge placed right by the infinity pool on Villa Morgane first level.
ADVENTURE
Villa Morgane overlooks the Kalo Livadi beach â one of the island's most quickly developing areas. Just below you can discover all the south-eastern side of Mykonos has to offer, such as Solymar, Spilia, Agia Anna, Kalaftis beach, Alemagou, Lohan and more. Explore Mykonos in the cars provided to Villa Morgane guests upon request. Or rent your own private 12m speed boat, Maeraki, to visit some of the other nearby islands of the Cyclades.
