Born and raised in Greece, Mouradi Berjaoui is a graduate of the architecture department at The University of Westminster London and a master degree holder in Interior Design from the Istituto Marangoni London. Passionate about design, art and architecture, she believes art has the power to transform, educate, inspire and motivate people. Having worked in the field for many years, Mouradi has come to realize that a designer’s job is to tell a story by making the best possible use of the space available. Divine Property S.A. in close cooperation with its sister companies has successfully undertaken numerous high-profile projects among which is the development of two luxury complexes of more than 60 villas in the island of Mykonos some of which were sold and the remaining are exploited through Divine Property.
The group of companies has also successfully developed and is managing a luxury boutique hotel on the cosmopolitan Mykonos island. The Casa del Mar Mykonos Seaside Hotel and Spa is a multiple award winning luxury hotel, proud member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World located in one of the most prime areas on the island, Aleomandra area, over a semi private beach. The luxury resort comprises of different sized villas with lavish hotel facilities and services such as 24hour reception and concierge, the Miramar cocktail restaurant a fine dining bar restaurant over the Aegean Sea, an award winning spa with indoor pool, hammam, a boutique shop and a fully equipped gym.
The companies also own and operate a fine dining restaurant Ousyra Restaurant, in the town of Ermoupolis in Syros Island and completely renovated and are operating from 2022 a beautiful five star boutique hotel in the town of Ermoupolis the Castro Hotel Syros which also features a modern wine bar restaurant Cellar 1857.
The group of companies is also currently developing the Cavo Fregada Syros Seaside Hotels and Villas project, an exclusive complex of over 120 deluxe villas of different sizes for sale and/or rental and two 5-star boutique hotels over an area of half a million square meters located in the area of Harasonas in Syros. The pioneer project offers a panoramic breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea and the colorful sunset and will also include a wide range of facilities offered to the residents of the complex such as an organic farm with botanic garden, organic products, a vineyard, animal farms and an open air farm to table restaurant and dining area, walking routes, a heliport, a Healing Centre with a fully equipped health and fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a house for the resident guard.
