The luxurious villa Beatrice accommodates 8-10 guests in 4 double/twin bedrooms and a twin suite. Located next to the historic Migliaressis Estate, it features a private pool, garden, and parking. Rated as a 'private collection' property, the villa is rented independently. It includes services like pool maintenance, linen changes, and housekeeping. Yolanda, the chef and housekeeper, along with chambermaid Effie, ensure a smooth stay. During the high season, full catering is provided, including breakfast and one main meal daily. Guests cover the cost of groceries and can request extra services such as babysitting or boat trips with the villa’s skippered moto-cruiser.
During mid, high & peak season (May 15th to 1st week of Oct.) the villa is fully catered and operates with an in-house staff of two: the professional chambermaid and the talented lady Chef-cook (plus gardeners and eventually assistant).
The in-house lady(also the housekeeper) prepares and serves breakfast (eventually snacks) and also prepares and serves 1 main meal per day for the Guests of the villa, normally up to 6 days a week, of which up to 4-5 meals can be dinners.
Meals consist of: 1 main course, the same dish for all, a salad, up to 2 starters –appetizers, dessert & fruit (for the children there is a kid’s menu list, while Yolanda takes also into account guests’ dietary requirements).

WEDDINGS & EVENTS
The historic Estate and its adjacent guest house – 4 en suite double/twin bedrooms, a place of timeless beauty, is a lovely setting for an exclusive wedding as well as a honeymoon hideaway.
The whole property, including the magnificently restored and architecturally listed old olive mill with its spacious terrace and the 17th century threshing floor – where the vows take place -, can be taken over for an elegant wedding party or other celebrations (of up to 100 persons or more under different combinations) during the months of May, June & September.
The family boutique company, owner of the property, is keeping unchanged its wedding /event rates of the last two years (detailed prices upon request).
Additionally, €280 is paid in cash to our property staff for the whatever additional thorough cleaning after the wedding event, plus €250 to the in house chef-cook, Yolanda for the daily shopping of the ingredients for the guests’ meals at the villa (this covers the additional outside the property work and the fuel of her car).
All other expenses related to: the wedding catering, the provision of whatever furniture, the decoration and flowers needed for the wedding (or other events), the additional lighting, the entertainment (DJ with the appropriate installation or live music), the staff for the event (such as waiters, catering cook/s, valet service for the parking, cleaner the night after the event) are EXTRA, provided normally and organised through a wedding planner, unless otherwise agreed.
Regarding the wedding ceremony and the social event that follows a wedding coordinator / planner is considered indispensable. Furthermore, the owners. offer a full range of concierge services, and have a network of local people who can get almost anything done.
