Accommodating up to 18 guests, the villa has nine bedrooms across two floors. As with the rest of the house, the bedrooms are all spacious and airy and many of the bedrooms have large glass sliding doors that open to private balconies.

Renting Rules:

– The premises of the villa are used by the renting guests only.

– All events are allowed case by case after special approval.

– All services provided within the villa must be coordinated with our head planner who is

responsible for the safety and security of the villa. No companies or entrepreneurs may

enter the villa without previous coordination and approval.

Rates (weekly)

HIGH SEASON (July and August):

– 17.290€ for up to 12 guests (2.470€ base price)

MEDIUM SEASON (June and September):

– 15.120€ for up to 12 guests (2.160€ base price)

LOW SEASON (All other dates: Apr-May and Oct-Nov):

– 12.950€ for up to 12 guests (1.850€ base price)

Additional guest fee: 120€ per guest per night for each additional guest (all seasons).

Maximum capacity: 18 guests

Security Deposit: 2000€ (during check-in via card or cash).

Minimum stay: Weekly.

– Linen and towels change every 3 days.

– Pool maintenance twice a week.

– Pool heating at 26 degrees Celsius (Apr. – Oct.).
