Villa Gem features 4 luxury bedrooms, all are en-suite, whereas 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
Adjacent to the salon are two bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with a queen sized double bed, an en suite bathroom and large terrace; the other with large bunk twin beds and an en suite shower. Downstairs is the cosily furnished living and dining room with fireplace, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Leading off here on one side is a further twin bedroom with additional shower room and a second master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
This whole floor opens up onto the front terrace boasting perhaps the largest piano shaped infinity pool in the area and a commodious sun terrace. What stands out perhaps more than anything else is the villa’s al fresco dining arbour (leading off from the other side of the main kitchen) which is nothing but a lean to roofing system mimicking the design of a pergola and was built using natural wood. The space under the pergola designed in a charming fashion sports a concrete king-sized tiled table. Adjoining this area is a fully-equipped barbecue, outdoor kitchen, and changing room with shower /toilet facilities.
