Villa Gem is nestled in the charming village of Antipata, near the picturesque fishing port of Fiskardo. This villa offers breathtaking panoramic views, including the white cliffs of the Lixouri Peninsula, lush oak and cypress woodlands, all framed by the deep azure of the Ionian Sea. At sunset, you can enjoy a serene experience accompanied by the gentle sounds of goat bells. The villa features expansive full-height windows and large terraces, allowing guests to fully appreciate the surrounding natural beauty. Spread over two floors, the villa's spacious and luxurious layout includes: Upper Floor: Upon entering, you are greeted by a galleried salon with comfortable seating, office furnishings, and a high wooden ceiling with rugged dark chestnut beams. The stunning view from the salon is framed by balusters. The upper floor also includes two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large terrace, and a second bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom. Lower Floor: This level includes a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are two additional bedrooms: one with twin beds and a shower room, and the second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
