Rock Dandy is a house with a strong personality. It is a three-story stone-built villa in a small complex of houses, with an awesome view to the Oracle of Delphi. The view from the balconies and the porch is breathtaking. The decoration is highly sophisticated with obtrusive luxury which arouses warmth and snugness. Would you like to introduce you to the host, Rock Dandy? He is the handsome dog-mascot of our logo (made of wood) who will welcome you with smiles and a lot of impatience.
About Rock Dandy
My name is Rock Dandy, a dog with a name and a surname. Rock because I am the spitting image of my mother. I think like she does.
Revolutionary and different. Dandy because I am beautiful and classy like my dad. I am gonna be your ''man'' but in a dog’s shape! I will accommodate you in my house. I will make anything possible and try to keep you satisfied and happy.
I can accommodate up to six (6) persons. All adults I mean. If you happen to have any kids who I totally adore, I can accommodate one more, meaning seven (7). My house is 85 square meters, tiny but compact, and has three levels. Some of you may feel comfortable to stay in the attic which obtains 2 double beds, while others in the downstairs bedroom with the sauna. Feel free to use it. It will make you feel relaxed and is a benefaction to your well being.
You will see me waiting for you by the doorstep. I will be very happy to see you! I enjoy watching people travelling, experiencing, living.
A cup of hot and aromatic tea will be waiting for you. You may accompany it with my favourite delicious chocolate biscuits… my rock biscuits! Especially your kids.

The house obtains two double beds in the beautiful attic. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated and offers unexpected luxury and comfort. There is another double bed placed downstairs. A small kitchen with all the facilities and amenities and a living room with a marvelous fireplace are situated in the second level.
Rock yourself out in this beautiful house which is situated really close to traditional food shops, Greek tavernas or fancy international cuisine restaurants, gift shops, night life bars, clothing stores, cafes, agencies where you can rent cars or ski equipment.

Rock Dandy is an independent stone-built villa in a complex of houses named ''Prosilion'', since it is ''showered'' with the sun's light all day long. It is located 1 km away from the city of Arachova and 6-7 km from Delphi, which can also be admired from the house's balconies. It is fully equipped with three double beds, a bathroom with a hydromassage cabin, a wc, a sunny living room with a kitchen, two balconies and a porch with an amazing view, hi-fi, an electric kitchen, a microwave oven, a toaster, a boiler and all kinds of cookware and of course a sauna and hydromassage cabin for those who seek for relaxation and detox 100%.
We are located at the best spot of Arachova, so close that it takes 10 minutes of walking to get to the centre, and yet decenentralized, without having to worry about traffic and limited parking lots.
Depending on the season, your transportation towards Arachova can be made either by car or on foot. For any other close, or not, destination, a car is necessary.
There are lots of activities in the area, such as skiing and horseback riding, mountain bikes, downhill and race make this destination an ideal one. Amazing scenery, beautiful forest roads, steep cliffs, stony and difficult paths offers numerous ways for you to escape.
The unique architecture that combines modern and traditional aspect, coexist in Arachova.
Arachova, is located at an altitude of 950m in the mountain Parnassos and, is the most famous winter Greek resort to visit.
Parnassos ski resort is 17 km away, while Iniochos and Pan are 9 – 10 km respectively. The nearest airport is Nea Anchialos National Airport, situated 84 km away.
The biggest airport in Greece -,Eleftherios Venizelos in Athens is 160 km far away from Arachova.
With all of the above mentioned characteristics and the strong history behind them, who wouldn't want to visit Arachova?

Other things to note:
At first, Rock Dandy will welcome you and then an associate of ours will hand you the key and guide you through the house's functions. We are at your disposal any time of the day to solve any matter that comes up.
During your stay at the house, you will have to inform us whether you intend to use the fireplace and how often, in order to provide you with the corresponding amount of wood. Please inform us on time, if possible.
Dear customers, we are happy to welcome you to one of our accommodation. We wish you a wonderful stay and we remind you that we are near you at any time. Our primary goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to help you to have a memorable time. We are very pleased when visitors write us that they felt… Like home! We would like to ask you to consider the following rules of operation of the house so that we can offer the best conditions to the next visitors.
Some useful information that we should pay attention:
1. Please do not smoke in the house. Additional cleaning fees can be applied to remove odor and stains. If you feel the need to smoke, you can use outdoor areas.
2. Pets are not allowed-although we love them.
3. Parties and events of any kind are forbidden because there are neighbors and we would not want to be disturbed for any reason.
4. The quiet hours are between 15.00 and 17.00 pm. Please respect the hours of rest and not provoke noise.
5. Please also use the fireplace wisely because the amount of wood is not unlimited. The fireplace must be under permanent supervision when it is lit and the safety rules are observed so as not to cause any problem. For whatever it takes-we wish-there are fire extinguishers at the property.
6. Limit the reckless use of water and energy to preserve all together and each individually, the environment.
7. The use of many electrical appliances at the same time can lead to a power outage, the tendency to fall, and due to holiday it is difficult and time-consuming to repair the problem.
8. Please let us know immediately if something is not working properly so that it can be corrected as soon as possible. For any damage to or damage to your home items with your fault, they should be immediately replaced or the value of the damage restored.
9. Keep the compartment safe and lock the doors and windows when you leave the house on your own, primarily, safety.
10. For preventive reasons we remind you before leaving the house to check that all electrical appliances are closed.
11. Make sure that you have lowered the heating – you have the fireplace switched off very well.
12. Please do not flush anything, not even toilet paper/no feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged.
13. If you wish to use the fireplace kindly note that the wood fee is 10 euros per bag / usage.

Dear Guests,
Due to the special global situation due to covid-19, we would like to assure you – that although we are a
small hosting unit – we have taken our duties very seriously and strictly adhere the below protection and
precautionary measures, as recommended by the Greek government.
1. Certificate of attendance of special seminars by Greek state bodies for the measures of cleaning &
disinfection and commitment to comply with them.
2. Professional cleaning and disinfection after each reservation.

3. Ventilation after each booking for at least 4 hours and recommendation for daily ventilation for the
longest possible time
4. Check in are made at least four hours after the last departure

6. Air-Condition filters are being cleaned after reservation. We recommend the air fans usage.

13. All remote controls have covers that are replaced at each booking.
