Villa Alexia is the perfect retreat for a small group of friends or family situated in the quiet area Kastro, Fanari, near the Mykonos lighthouse. The villa has a welcoming and homey feeling, and is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, entertainment systems, books, magazines and accessories, just like the home of a good friend that has been prepared just for you. Each room has been decorated with a personal touch with an eclectic Mediterranean style. Elegant bathrooms are also fitted with quality materials and are softly illuminated by ceiling windows for that extra touch of atmosphere. Outside there is a covered area with a large dining table, a marble heated pool and a second semi-private terrace with a smaller table and plants. All outdoor spaces face west and catch picture-perfect views of the sunset over the Cyclades.
The villa follows a very simple and practical layout, with all the spaces situated on the same level. The openplan living room and kitchen form the centre of the house, with four bedrooms organised around it. There are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool terrace, and an additional two rooms with shared bathroom. The pool area connects to the living room and to the garage below via a separate staircase.

The villa is situated in the northwest of the island in the area of Fanari, which is also called Faros. It's a quiet and secluded area that takes its name from the famous Armenistis lighthouse, a local attraction that is a short walk away from the villa. Although it's only a few minutes' drive from Mykonos town, the area is very
private and boasts some of the best sunset views on the island. The nearest beaches are Houlakia (pebbly beach), Agios Stefanos and the northern beaches of Panormos and Ftelia.
