Indoor area:
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. This delightful, well maintained and decorated split level house of 216 m2 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, and a Guest's WC. As you enter the house on your left, there is a fully equipped kitchen that has all the necessary home appliances such as microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils, and glassware. In the storage rooms, you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit, and sewing box. Then, on your right, there is a spacious living room/dining room with furniture, lighting, and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's an LCD HD TV set with satellite, DVD player, music system and air conditioners in every bedroom. Leading through from the living room brings you to the spacious en-suite downstairs double bedroom. Next to this bedroom, there is another one which consists of two single beds. On the ground floor, there is also a Guest's WC next to the bedrooms and the living room. From here a stair brings you into the upstairs en-suite double bedroom and another two single bed bedrooms, sharing the same en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new quality mattresses that provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure.
Outdoor area:
The spacious exterior of Villa Ariana truly enhances this splendid Villa. A spacious lawn garden of 250m2 with local plants and trees and a 51 m2 swimming pool (children's pool is included, depth: 70 cm-190cm) provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise and work up an appetite for a tasty meal cooked on the BBQ/Grill provided. Next to the pool someone cal also enjoy his meal on the shaded dining area and a long wooden table just outside the living room. At one end of the poolside terrace, there is a beautifully positioned shaded kiosk with comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing you to relax at any time of the day.
