The two villas are built on a 4.700 sq.m private piece of land with infinite and endless sea views of the Aegean Sea. The location of the villas is perfect since it is close to numerous superb beaches and club-restaurants and yet not far from Mykonos town and its renowned nightlife. Although the villas are located close to the beach, guests can always stay in and enjoy their own privacy and take a swim in the private pool as well as relax on the sunbeds and have a drink at the outdoor bar. In addition, guests can choose to have their breakfast, lunch, or dinner either indoors or in the outdoors dining area under the pergola while they enjoy the infinite and endless views of the Aegean Sea. Bear in mind, that the villas can be rented together to accommodate large groups of up to 12 guests or separately to accommodate groups of up to 6 guests each. Extra room is available for personnel for each villa upon request. Villa Marietta consists of two levels. On the main level, there is a living and dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and sea view and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and garden view. In the outdoor area on the same level, you can find the private swimming pool with a hydromassage and sunbeds. The outdoor lounge and dinning area with the bar have an infinite and endless sea view of the Aegean Sea while protected by a pergola.
On the first level, there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a private balcony with panoramic sea view as well as an extra spacious balcony with scenic view of Kalafatis beach.
The villa is equipped with smart TVs, A/C, hairdryer, spacious closets, and a safe box.
On the lower level there is an extra bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, smart TV and independent entrance available for personnel upon request.
There is a protected parking space available for 4 cars.
